Cold Creek Coffee Roasters began as a simple dream for Diane, a passionate coffee lover with a deep appreciation for quality and craftsmanship. With a commitment to creating the best coffee possible, she started roasting beans in small batches, perfecting each roast in her modest Northumberland County setup. Word quickly spread about Diane’s dedication to flavour and freshness, and soon local cafes and stores began seeking her out, wanting to share her carefully crafted coffee with their own customers.
What began as a one-woman operation blossomed into a thriving local business, with Cold Creek beans now reaching more coffee lovers than Diane ever imagined. Despite the growth, she’s stayed true to her roots, ensuring that each batch is roasted with the same care and integrity that inspired her from the beginning. Today, Cold Creek Coffee Roasters remains a testament to Diane’s vision of quality, community, and the love of a truly great cup of coffee.
